1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the tjbat platform and its users. By browsing the tjbat.bar website or creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted all clauses of these Terms.

tjbat is an online gaming and betting platform that provides casino games, slots, live dealer games, and sports betting services to users in Bangladesh. The platform operates with SSL encryption and in accordance with fair play principles.

These Terms may also be available in English; however, the Bengali version applies to Bangladeshi users and will take precedence in the event of any dispute. 2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

tjbat's services are available only to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

tjbat may request your identity documents at any time for age verification purposes. tjbat reserves the right to hold withdrawals until age or identity verification is complete.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account on tjbat. Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts may be closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. It is your responsibility to notify the support team immediately if your information changes.

3.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of security and fraud prevention, tjbat may request a national identity card, passport, or bank statement at any time. Failure to provide the required documents in a timely manner may result in your account being restricted or suspended.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

tjbat supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). No other methods are accepted.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 for each method
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Identity verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal.

4.4 Third-Party Transactions

Depositing or withdrawing using another person's account or payment method is prohibited. All transactions must be made through the account holder's own payment method.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tjbat offers new users a 120% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,200 → Total balance ৳2,200
• Deposit ৳10,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳15,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus, calculated on the bonus amount only (not deposit + bonus). Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions — it is mandatory to read them on the offer page.
• Bonuses may only be used in legitimate, regular gameplay — bonus abuse of any kind will not be tolerated.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts and bonuses being cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirements are met.
• tjbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.

6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

tjbat uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. Users can always play in a fair and transparent environment.

6.2 Sports Betting

Odds and event information in sports betting are updated regularly. Please read the market and odds carefully before placing a bet. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (with some exceptions).

6.3 Technical Issues

If a round is left incomplete due to a technical error in the game or system, tjbat reserves the right to determine the outcome of that round or void it. tjbat is not responsible for any bets lost due to internet connection interruptions.

6.4 VIP Program

tjbat offers three VIP tiers: Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback; Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback; and Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback. Players can advance to higher tiers through regular and active gameplay. tjbat reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at its discretion.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tjbat:

• Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or unfair techniques to gain an artificial advantage in bets or games.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to operate games.
• Attempting to collect bonuses through multiple accounts or engaging in money laundering.
• Exploiting any vulnerability or bug in the platform to gain an unfair advantage and failing to report it.
• Harassing, intimidating, or deceiving other users.
• Using any information from the platform for commercial purposes without tjbat's permission.
• Registering with a false or fake identity.

If any such activity is detected, tjbat may close the account without prior notice and, if necessary, inform law enforcement authorities.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by tjbat

tjbat may immediately suspend or close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms.
• Failure to pass identity or age verification.
• Evidence of fraud or illegal activity.
• In cases of security risk or suspicious transactions.

8.2 Closure by the User

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Any pending bonuses will be cancelled before the account is closed; however, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance.

9 Limitation of Liability

tjbat provides its platform services on an "as is" basis. tjbat is not responsible for:

• Losses caused by internet connection interruptions or issues with your device.
• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.
• Service unavailability during technical maintenance (advance notice of such interruptions is attempted).
• Losses resulting from failure to keep your account login credentials confidential.

In any circumstance, tjbat's maximum liability is limited to the current deposit balance in your account.
